This policy explains what information ErgonOps AI ("ErgonOps", "we", "us") handles when you visit ergonops.ai or email us. It applies to this website only. Client engagements are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.
This site is static marketing. There are no accounts, no contact forms, and no comment sections, so there is nothing to submit here.
When you email hello@ergonops.ai, we receive what you send: typically your name, company, email address, and a description of the workflow you want to automate. That's the extent of it.
We don't:
Email you send us is used to reply, scope the automation audit, and prepare a proposal if we move forward. We keep it for that purpose and don't repurpose it. If we never work together, your email eventually ages out of our inbox.
When ErgonOps builds agents for a client, we work inside the client's own systems: inboxes, CRMs, ERPs, portals, and phone tools. Access to those systems is governed by the signed client agreement, and follows the same principles we build into every agent:
We don't use client data to train models, and we don't move client data into our own systems beyond what the build requires.
We don't sell personal information. We share email correspondence only with the service providers required to run the basics: our email provider and our website host. Nothing else leaves our hands unless the law compels it.
You can ask us to correct or delete any information you've sent us, at any time, by emailing hello@ergonops.ai. We'll do it and confirm in writing. There's no form, no verification maze, and no charge.
